I am not familiar with the Village of Northfield, Illinois. What are the demographics of the village and the surrounding area?

What salon rental lease terms are available?
Northfield Plaza Salons offers 1 year leases, 2 year leases and 3 year leases.
What are the hours of the salon rental suites?
Your salon rental suite in Northfield is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are welcome to make your own working hours, and/or take appointments at any time, day or night. The building is heated and cooled normally from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday. Outside of those times, the building temperatures are kept at a comfortable range.
Is there a waiting area?
Your customers can wait in either of two comfortable waiting areas. There is a furnished waiting area just inside the front entry of the building. There is also a TV lounge complete with vending machines and a microwave just inside the rear entrance of the building.
What is provided in my suite?
Each salon rental suite is equipped with sinks, mirrors, styling chairs and various storage cabinets, as well as ample electrical outlets for all of your appliances, tools and chargers.
Is there are charge for water and lights?
Water and electric are included in the rent.
What do I need to bring to my suite?
As noted above, salon rental suites are equipped with sinks, mirrors, styling chairs, various storage cabinets and electrical outlets. Suite renters will need to bring any equipment, products and towels.
Are there laundry facilities available to the suites?
Northfield Plaza Salons has a coin-operated washer/dryer in the storage room of the suites, for use by all salon rental tenants.
Are there any other features of the suite and building?
Northfield Plaza facilities includes an on-site café, a workout room with various machines, a racquetball court, sauna and shower. The property also has ample parking for you, your staff and your clients.
How do I pay the rent?
Rent for your salon rental in Northfield is collected automatically on the first day of each month from an account that you designate upon signing your lease. There are no service charges for the automatic payment process.
Is any insurance required?
Northfield Plaza Salons requires that all tenants obtain a small business liability policy. The cost of of the insurance is approximately $300 per year.
What do I do if I have maintenance issues?
During regular business hours, any maintenance issues can be addressed by contacting the on-site manager. For issues that arise before or after regular business hours, you will be provided an after-hours phone number to call.
